Real Estate and Venture Graduate Opportunities 2019
Experience something refreshingly different!
Elkstone, a multi-family office based in Dublin, is hiring a Venture Analyst and a Real Estate Analyst for its respective front-office investment teams.
Our Venture business invests in early-stage, high-growth technology companies across Europe and the USA. With a venture portfolio which is 80% non-Irish, we are quite different from an Irish perspective. We have a sector-agnostic investment approach, with portfolio companies across verticals such as Artificial Intelligence, Voice Technology, eCommerce, SaaS, MedTech and Healthcare. Notable investments include Dollar Shave Club, Jobbio and LetsGetChecked. This role offers exposure to all aspects of the deal process from origination, investment analysis, due diligence, negotiation and execution, through to ongoing monitoring.
Real Estate Analyst
Our portfolio of real estate investments spans a wide variety of properties including commercial, residential, student accommodation as well as land acquisition and development projects. Our typical asset profile includes high quality assets and off-market opportunities in prime and near prime locations in Ireland and internationally. The team has structured over €2 billion of real estate transactions. This role involves financial modelling, investment appraisal, deal structuring and negotiation.
These graduate roles are open to final year undergraduate/master’s degree students studying Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Law and the Sciences.
You will have the opportunity to attend events hosted by Elkstone, and others relevant to our business to widen your industry knowledge and your networking circles. Communication is important to us, and you will regularly receive feedback and support.
Working at Elkstone you can expect to be part of small team with a strong client focus, while also getting involved in many social, charity, and team building events.
If interested, please send your CV and Cover Letter to email@example.com stating your preferred role before Friday, 8 February 2019.
