About Stoneybatter Place
Nestled in the heart of Stoneybatter Village, our Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) redefines contemporary living for the academic journey. Boasting 142 thoughtfully curated beds, Stoneybatter Place stands as a testament to convenience, connectivity and comfort.
Strategically positioned just off Manor Street, Stoneybatter offers more than just proximity; it provides a gateway to educational hubs, with seamless access to TUD Grangegorman and a convenient Luas commute to both Trinity College and RCSI.
From planning through operations, we develop buildings with the potential to deliver social, cultural, economic and environmental benefits that extend far beyond their boundaries.
Unique features
Stoneybatter Place is a testament to cultural heritage and thoughtful design. The central courtyard, envelops students in a secure and serene environment, designed to reflect the distinctive character of the neighborhood.
Echoing the essence of Grangegorman campus and Trinity College, the original cobblestones, with historical significance, were delicately extracted and repurposed in the courtyard. This process not only preserves the heritage but also ensures a lasting legacy. The pathways, blending historic cobblestones with modern stone for wheelchair accessibility, speak to a conscientious approach that connects past and present.
Art at Stoneybatter Place
Artwork created by local artists, provide vibrant communal areas throughout the property. Through these collaborations, we have made art a unique differentiator, infusing vibrancy and colour into the space.
Carolyn Walsh, created bespoke artwork for each living area. Her pieces capture places of significance and nostalgia, showcasing a diverse collection of works inspired by Stoneybatter.
Renowned collage artist Sorcha O’Higgins crafted a series of murals, adding another layer of artistic expression to the community.
Future-ready developments
This project combines sustainable design, smart technology, and responsible operations to deliver long-term value. With strong energy performance, integrated smart sensors data tracking, and environmentally conscious materials and waste systems, it stands out as a resilient, future-ready asset.
