Karl leads the firm’s Investment Platform. Within this, he leads the Investment Portfolio for PIO & Access clients, the PIO Wealth Management Framework and runs the Elkstone Alternative Fund.
Ruairí oversees the Client Team and our Network Compounding activity. He has over 20 years’ experience working in Private Equity & Real Estate Asset Management, where he established & ran a number of businesses.
Tanner joined Elkstone in 2018 and is focused on growing our Private Wealth Management business and also serves as Investment Director on the board of Elkstone Capital International Services Limited. He previously held the role of Chief of Staff at Elkstone. Prior to that he worked in KPMG’s Deal Advisory – Transaction Services department, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Cameron is an experienced adviser to high net wealth family groups, executives and business owners and is passionate about developing holistic wealth strategies for Elkstone clients. Cameron studied at the University of Western Australia and holds a BComm and Grad Diploma of Financial Planning.
Cian’s role in Elkstone is to provide an all-encompassing, best in class service to our Private Investment Office clients. Working as the key point of contact, he assists in managing the wealth of our clients to help them build a diverse and tailored portfolio.

Alastair is an Investment Analyst on Elkstone's Private Investment Office Team. Prior to joining Elkstone, Alastair worked in Corporate Banking, Private Equity Funds and Proprietary Futures Trading. He holds a Masters in Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Cian is focused on supporting our Private Investment Office teams. He is specifically focused on developing systems that support more efficient operations related to Investment Management.
Larry joined Elkstone in 2020 as a Portfolio Analyst, supporting our Wealth Management and Investment Services for clients. Larry holds an M.Sc. in Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from DCU.

Ashley is an Assistant Relationship Manager supporting clients in Elkstone’s Private Investment Office. Prior to this, she worked in Irish Life assisting clients with their corporate pension arrangements. Ashley holds a B.A. from UCD and an M.Sc. in Business Management from Maynooth University, and is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
Luke works as a Relationship Manager on the Client Team, having joined the firm in 2020. Luke helps to manage clients’ day-to-day needs, as well as assisting in the delivery of deals to our wider client base.

Sarah is responsible for guaranteeing the effective execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for the client team as well as crafting fresh content and collateral to bolster the client experience. Sarah holds an MSc in Marketing Management from NUIG.
Sholto joined Elkstone as a Sales Development Representative having previously worked in sales and business development in Nasdaq’s International Headquarters in London and Irish start-up, PacSana. He holds an M.Sc. in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business school and a B.Sc. in Food & Agri-Business Management from UCD.

Ciarán leads the Real Estate team with responsibility for sourcing and leading property and Proptech opportunities right through to the delivery of developments. In a career of over 25 years, Ciarán has developed deep expertise in all aspects of Real Estate.
Alex joined Elkstone Partners Real estate team in 2021 to manage development projects to completion and leads the Real estate team day to day. With over 20 years Development & Funding experience for major private property company.
Brian McGlinchey is a respected government affairs and business development professional with over thirty years of experience. As a dual citizen, he currently serves as Honorary Consul General of Ireland for the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, managing the consulate office in Wilmington, Delaware under the management of the New York City Consulate General. For a near decade, Brian served as managing director for McCarter Government Solutions and senior advisor at McCarter & English, LLP, the second oldest law firm in the U.S. He currently is an appointed at large delegate to the Democratic National Committee for the President of the United States.

Simon is the Head of Institutional Capital Raising at Elkstone and brings over two decades of Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance experience to the team. He has extensive experience across various capital markets including Australia, U.K. and Ireland and has been involved in other Debt and Equity Raising with London Stock Exchange and Australian Stock Exchange.

Daniela holds an M.Sc. in Marketing as well as a post-grad certificate in Entrepreneurship, Enterprise and Innovation from the Innovation Academy at UCD. She is an experienced Marketing practitioner with extensive knowledge in Visual Communications.
Simon joined Elkstone in 2016 and undertakes Origination, Underwriting, Execution and Operation of Real Estate opportunities. Prior to Elkstone he had extensive experience in Corporate Banking and was educated at Trinity College, Dublin and University College, Dublin.
Pádraig is a Co-Founder of Elkstone Partners and is responsible for all operating Real Estate Assets. He is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over twenty years of Underwriting and Senior Relationship Management in both Ireland and internationally.

Conor is a Graduate Analyst on the Real Estate Team. Prior to joining, Conor worked as a Consulting Mechanical Engineer working on large commercial and residential developments throughout the island of Ireland. Conor holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.

A qualified Architect, Peter has 15 years’ experience in design and development working between Manchester and London for leading Architects and developers such as Vita, Moda and Far East Consortium with a focus on BTR and PBSA.

Barry has over 25 years’ investment experience in the Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Investment Management arenas at US, Dutch and Australian multinationals. An active Angel Investor since 2015, Barry founded CapF9 to work with and invest in early-stage companies.

Martin leads Venture capital formation and platform. He has nearly 25 years’ experience as an angel investor, mentor, advisor, banker, and wealth manager. Prior to Elkstone, he spent 11 years at Barclays, where he developed the Private Bank European high growth company and founder proposition, whilst also leading their Techstars Fintech Accelerator partnership in Ireland.

Niall manages the Venture Investment Team at Elkstone. He formerly led the High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) team at Enterprise Ireland and spent 7 years as a Co-Founder and CEO at his own start-up, Irish Sports tech company Teamer.

Paul leads our Fund Operations, Investor Reporting, Portfolio Performance Analytics & Risk while also leading the Deal Closing Team. Previously Paul was at Irish Life Investment Managers and prior to that PwC Asset Management.

Caolfhionn works with our portfolio companies regarding the day-to-day operational tasks of the Venture process. Prior to joining, Caolfhionn worked in Accenture, and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dublin Institute of Technology.
Dara primarily focuses on identifying, sourcing, analysing investment opportunities, and working closely with our portfolio companies. Previously, Dara worked on the investment team at Monaco-based VC. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the International University of Monaco and a B.Sc. in Accounting from University College Cork.

Eoin oversees and leads the company’s legal activities. Prior to joining Elkstone, Eoin worked with A&L Goodbody and a large-scale property developer. He has extensive experience in Corporate, Finance and Real Estate matters.
Shane sits on the Investment Committee at Elkstone. He has over 10 years’ proven track record in both the Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Insurance sectors and has held senior management level roles in Credit Suisse and Ivernia Insurance.

Mark is an international renowned UX, design and product thought expert; throughout his career he has provided advisory services to corporate innovation teams, growth stage companies, start-ups and VC’s and Financial Services/Corporates such as Mastercard, TD Bank, RBC Bank, Scotia Bank and Bank of Ireland.

Ciara leads the strategic direction and development of Marketing Communications and Branding, ensuring the delivery of successful content and communication strategies for a seamless digital client journey.
Cathy is Head of Compliance & Risk at Elkstone. Previously, she worked in Bank of Ireland Group for 15 years across a range of business units including Group Regulatory Compliance & Operational Risk and Retail & Wealth Management functions.
Prior to joining Elkstone, Killian worked with Beazley Insurance and AXA, helping both organisations transform their financial reporting systems. Killian trained with BDO where he qualified as a CPA.
James is the Financial Controller at Elkstone and a successful Chartered Accountant with over 6 years’ post qualified experience. Prior to joining Elkstone, James trained with Grant Thornton in the Audit department before moving to Valeo Foods as the Group FP&A Manager.
Former professional rugby player with a strong academic background. Rob undertook a number of Non-Executive Directorship roles in Hospitality and Recruitment and joined as a Business Development Executive of the Elkstone team.

Prior to joining, Ciara spent over a decade working in 5-star hospitality at The Merrion and The Westbury Hotel in Dublin. Ciara holds a M.Sc. in Hospitality Management from TUD and a B.A. in Business & English Lit. from NUI Maynooth.
Louise is a qualified solicitor, providing legal support across the business. Prior to joining Elkstone, she worked as a corporate associate at McCann FitzGerald LLP specialising in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Louise holds a Bachelor of Law and Business from Trinity College Dublin and is admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
